What are the zones your body is placed into during competition and/or training?
- Zone 1: Recovery- When your body utilizes fat to produce energy
- Zone 2: Aerobic- When your body utilizes carbohydrates and fats to produce energy
- Zone 3: Anaerobic- When your body utilizes carbohydrates in the absence of oxygen to produce energy
What are the benefits of interval training?
- Develops: Aerobic and Anaerobic systems
- Burnes Calories
- Increases metabolism
- Increases cardio strength
- Increases Energy

yo. i love the intervals you set up for me.
an added benfit is that is takes the mundane act of running on a treadmill and adds some thought and skill sneeded to make the switches and pay attention to the time as oppsosed to just trying not to fall and hiding the time!
