Performance Usage Plans

(1 month of training per individual)

INITIAL Evaluation: $65

1 Session per wk/4 per month: $60

2 Sessions per wk /8 per month-$55 per session

3 Sessions per wk/12 per month-$50 per session

4 Sessions per wk/16 per month-$45 per session

Performance Usage Plans

(1 month of training for groups)

2 persons per group/2 days per wk $35 each

3 days per wk $30 each

3 persons per group/2 days per wk $30 each

3 days per wk $25

4 + persons per group/2 days per wk $20 each

3 days per wk $15 each

*To be eligible for the Flexible Usage Plans, Payments are to be made on the first training day in FULL or you can choose to be placed on a payment plan.  Payment plans are paid as follows: Half the total due amount to be paid on the first training day and the remaining balance is due at the middle of the training month.
