How do you personalize the intensity of an individual client’s workouts?
This goes back to assessment results, training age, and goals. Some clients come to us with few movement weaknesses and an existing high level of fitness while others come to us with multiple mobility issues and zero to the none training experience. Intensity is prescribed accordingly and always progressing based on the individual’s progress in their training program.
