What tips do you have for at-home clients for a fitness routine on their own that works for their body and their goals?

Always work with your doctor before starting any exercise routine, especially if you have had any injuries or are on any medications.  Then sit down and decide what goals you have.  Remembering to build in the time it takes to be successful.  Once you know what you want and the time you are willing to commit, you can start to research training to fit your needs.  We recommend that you contact a certified trainer, complete a physical assessment and a program design to get you started.  Working with a professional will ensure that you start training your body correctly.  They can take into account what equipment you have and incorporate your goals into the design.  Once you start educating yourself in the proper way to train, you will find yourself more successful and meeting your goals.
