Metabolic Movement for At Home Training - on the TRX

I am sure everyone is trying to figure out the best at home movements, especially high intense, metabolic style patterns. TRX is a great tool for many different style patterns, ranging from tissue work, all the way up to elastic patterns. Here is one of many metabolic patters on the TRX, TRX Sprinters. I love this pattern on the TRX because it allows us to work on postural stability, while generating stability through the lower half. We have started with a regression and then worked our way up to a progression, meaning a full on sprint. Have some fun.
