Shoulder Overhead Mobility: Performance EDU Assessment

So, you done your Shoulder self assessment and identified that you have a shoulder mobility issue. What now?! Here is a set of mobility exercise to address the common areas creating Shoulder mobility restrictions. It requires no tools, takes less than 5 minutes, and can really be done anywhere! 1. 1min child's pose hold to address the lat and thoracic spine. 2. 1min each, individual door frame pes stretch, to address the pec tissues. 3. 1min each kneeling thoracic rotations to specifically mobilize the thoracic spine. 4. Retest. Lasting changes take time and practice. Do this for a week and see if you have improved! If not, check into next week's video where we address stability!
