Program Details

  • Training Frequency: 2 days per week (Semi-Private Training)

  • Session Duration: 60 minutes per session

  • Cost: $269 per month

  • Total Commitment: 3 months minimum

  • Location: Performance EDU Fitness, Reno, NV

  • Start Date: Monday and Wednesdays at 5 pm (60 minute sessions) and Saturdays at 10 am

  • Evaluation: Initial and ongoing assessment will be conducted to track progress, assess mobility, strength, and stability, and ensure that the training program is meeting your specific performance goals.

  • Active Mobility & Hip Stability: Exercises to improve flexibility and stability, especially in the hips and hamstrings, for better movement and injury prevention.
