Hockey Performance Program
Program Overview:
Performance EDU is excited to offer a Hockey Performance Program designed to take players’ on-ice performance to the next level. This program focuses on enhancing key physical attributes such as strength, speed, agility, and power—essential for excelling in hockey.

Days: Mondays and Wednesdays
Time: 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm
Duration: 60-minute sessions
Cost: $240 per month (8 sessions), $30 per session
Program Objectives:
Increase Explosive Power: Build the lower-body strength required for faster, more powerful strides.
Improve Speed & Agility: Develop the quickness and multi-directional movement needed to outmaneuver opponents.
